CHIROPRACTIC WELLNESS PROGRAM

The Chiropractic Wellness Program is for the patient who does not require a structured treatment program for an active medical complaint, but desires to benefit from a regular chiropractic adjustment.

If you are not a patient, an exam is required before you have your first adjustment. If clinically indicated, x-rays will be recommended. Call the office for special WELLNESS PROGRAM price for exam and x-rays.

WELLNESS PROGRAM GUIDELINES

There is a minimum of 3 months or 3 quarters of participation per person.

All Wellness Programs are based on an automatic monthly or quarterly debit using a credit card or debit card between the 1st and the 5th of the month.

You may change between levels or programs before the next billing period by calling the office or sending an email note to the website.

You may cancel anytime after the initial 3 month period.

WELLNESS PROGRAM FEES

$59.00/quarter - 1 Full Spine or Specific Area Adjustment & up to 30 minutes of Therapy.
$49.00/month - 1 Full Spine or Specific Area Adjustment & up to 30 minutes of Therapy.
$89.00/month - 2 Full Spine or Specific Area Adjustments & up to 30 minutes of Therapy.
$160.00/month - 4 Full Spine or Specific Area Adjustment & up to 30 minutes of Therapy.

Each Therapy Unit = 15 minutes and includes: Axial Traction, Physical Therapy (Interferential and Ultrasound Therapy), Intersegmental Traction Table, Therapeutic Exercise.

A Therapy Unit will be used when an extremity such as shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle, or foot is adjusted with the spine.
